What organizers can see about you when you buy from them and the one field you control yourself. See the full Privacy Policy for everything else.
What an organizer sees, once you've bought from them
Only after a round settles and only for that organizer's own events. Never while a round is still open or for another organizer's events.
- ✓Your name, email and date of birth, if you've provided one.
- ✓How many tickets you've confirmed and paid for, how much and across which of that organizer's events.
- ✓Your first and most recent purchase dates and which categories you bought.
- ✓Whether you tried to buy into a settled round and weren't allocated a ticket.
An organizer never sees:
- ✕Your maximum budget on any order at any time, including after settlement.
- ✕Anything about a round that hasn't settled yet.
- ✕Your activity on any other organizer's events.
This visibility ends automatically: a settled round stops appearing in an organizer's view of you 24 months after it closes. Every export an organizer takes of this data is logged.
Date of birth
Optional and self-declared. We don't verify it. You can remove it at any time; once removed, it stops appearing to organizers immediately. Removing it does not affect a CSV export an organizer already took before you removed it.
